Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Blcklst Store. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must pass our quality check upon return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used or washed apparel

  • Items purchased under clearance or final sale


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at blcklststreetwear@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the product.

  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. If approved, you must ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  5. Once we received your return item and If any replacement/exchange is approved the new item will get delivered to your registered address within 7–12 days after dispatch.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.


3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

  • If any refund is approved it will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds May Be Denied If:

  • The returned product shows signs of use or damage

  • Packaging is missing or tampered

  • The product fails our quality inspection


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Size issues (if the product is unused)

  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos as proof

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only if:

  • The request is made within 12 hours of placing the order

  • The order has not been shipped yet

Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
